AUTORIZA A LAS MUNICIPALIDADES DE PROVIDENCIA, LAS CONDES Y LA REINA PARA CONTRATAR, EN CONJUNTO, EMPRESTITOS HASTA POR LA CANTIDAD DE E° 23.000.000; LA ADMINISTRACION DE ESTOS FONDOS CORRESPONDERA A LA JUNTA DE ALCALDES DE LAS CORPORACIONES CITADAS Y SE INVERTIRAN EN LAS OBRAS Y SERVICIOS QUE SEÑALA Y EN LAS CONDICIONES QUE EXPRESA; SUSTITUYE EL ARTICULO 56° DE LA LEY 11.860, DE 14 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 1955, ORGANICA Y DE ATRIBUCIONES DE LAS MUNICIPALIDADES.

- Artículo 4 El producto del o los empréstitos que se contraten deberá invertirse por la Junta de Alcaldes de las Municipalidades de Providencia, Las Condes y La Reina, en las siguientes obras o servicios:

- Artículo
