Artículo 3.o- Estos Tribunales estarán sujetos, únicamente, a la jurisdicción directiva, correccional y económica de la Corte Suprema, con arreglo a lo previsto en los artículos 86 de la Constitución Política y 540 del Código Orgánico de Tribunales.
