Artículo 73.- El Oficial Primero que preste servicios en los Tribunales Agrarios, gozará de una asignación mensual, compatible con cualquiera otra remuneración, ascendente a un sueldo vital mensual clase "A" para empleado particular del departamento donde funcione el Tribunal.
