CONCEDE EL BENEFICIO DE QUINQUENIO PENITENCIARIO A TODOS LOS FUNCIONARIOS DEL SERVICIO DE PRISIONES, CON LA EXCEPCION QUE MENCIONA, EN CONFORMIDAD CON LO PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 117° DE LA LEY 17.399

Article 3Para los efectos de otorgar este beneficio será computable el tiempo servido en Prisiones o el tiempo que se hubiere servido en la Institución al retiro de la misma

ARTICULO 3°.- Para los efectos de otorgar este beneficio será computable el tiempo servido en Prisiones o el tiempo que se hubiere servido en la Institución al retiro de la misma. Será computable también el tiempo servido en Prisiones, a cualquier título, por los maestros instructores de dicho Servicio y por el personal de Servicios Menores. Se computará también el Servicio Militar efectivo.
