Artículo 62. Derógase el decreto ley Nº 2.438, de 1978, a contar del 1º de noviembre de 1980. Derógase, asimismo, el artículo 73 del decreto ley Nº 2.327, de 1978, y, en general, todas las normas legales y Art. 23 DL Nº 3476 reglamentarias incompatibles con las disposiciones de la Art. 54 DFL 2/89 presente ley.
