This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Article 1 shall apply from 1 May 2020.

Points (1)(a) and (2)(b) of Annex II shall apply from 11 June 2019.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
