FIJA EL TEXTO DE LA LEY ORGANICA DEL SERVICIO DE CORREOS Y TELEGRAFOS, DEROGA LA LEY 7392, DE 31 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1942, QUE APROBO LA LEY ORGANICA DE ESE SERVICIO.
