Artículo 184.- Las sanciones por infracciones a esta Ley 19.806 Ordenanza u otras normas de orden tributario cuya Art. 46 fiscalización corresponda al Servicio de Aduanas se aplicarán mediante un procedimiento administrativo, en conformidad a lo preceptuado en los artículos siguientes.
