APRUEBA EN LA PARTE NO VETADA DEL PROYECTO DE LEY DE PRESUPUESTO PARA 1962, EL CALCULO DE ENTRADAS Y EL PRESUPUESTO DE GASTOS DE LA NACION PARA EL AñO 1962, MONEDA CORRIENTE Y EN MONEDAS EXTRANJERAS REDUCIDAS A DOLARES; PRORROGA, POR EL TERMINO DE 90 DIAS, LA INICIACION DEL PERIODO DE INSCRIPCIONES ELECTORALES EXTRAORDINARIAS.

Article 30Los consumos de gas, luz, agua y teléfono en que incurran los servicios públicos serán pagados directamente por los Servicios, sin intervención de la Dirección de Aprovisionamiento del Estado
