DECLARA EN REORGANIZACION LOS SERVICIOS DE LA DIRECCION GENERAL DEL TRABAJO, CON EXCEPCION DEL ESCALAFON JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO, LA JUNTA CLASIFICADORA DE EMPLEADOS Y OBREROS Y LAS COMISIONES MIXTAS DE SUELDOS, FUSIONA EN LA REFERIDA DIRECCION GENERAL ESTAS DOS ULTIMAS REPARTICIONES; FIJA LA PLANTA DEL PERSONAL Y APRUEBA EL TEXTO DEL ESTATUTO ORGANICO DE LA DIRECCION GENERAL DEL TRABAJO.

Article 22El personal podrá ser trasladado por ascensos, permutas o solicitud especial calificada por la jefatura y "por necesidad del servicio"

Artículo 22. El personal podrá ser trasladado por ascensos, permutas o solicitud especial calificada por la jefatura y "por necesidad del servicio". Esta última circunstancia se estimará esencial y el Director General podrá invocarla en cualquier momento sin que, por ningún concepto, pueda interpretarse como medida disciplinaria si no mediare expresa declaración en tal sentido.
