Artículo 78.- Para todos los efectos legales el cargo de Oficial del Tribunal Agrario Provincial se considerará como de la Segunda Categoría del Escalafón del Personal Subalterno del Poder Judicial, en los juzgados que funcionen en ciudad asiento de Corte y de la Tercera Categoría del mismo Escalafón en los demás.
